Snow Removal Policy

Our goal is to provide our tenants with as little inconvenience as possible during all types of weather, especially during the winter months. We do our very best to clear away snow from our facility at all times. During heavy snowfall it generally takes us 24-48 hours for snow removal of all driveways on the property. We plow a wide path down the center of each isle and make sure areas to the sides of all buildings are clear for driving. However, we are unable to plow directly up to the doors without risk of damage to our buildings. Due to this and heavy snow fall and drifting that occurs, it is your responsibility to remove any snow piled up against the unit/units you're renting. We recommend bringing a shovel with you if you need to access your storage unit during the winter months. When there is inclement weather we ask you to use your best judgement, and be aware of any ice or snow when accessing your storage unit. We are not liable for any accidents.
